I was admitted to the Pirogov Clinic on Fontanka for a scheduled aortic valve replacement on September 22. I was immediately assigned Dr. Ilshat Shamilevich Asadullin as my attending physician. During our conversation, the doctor clearly explained everything that awaited me. The next day, he pleasantly surprised me by saying that the surgical method had been changed to a less invasive and more suitable one in my case. Every morning, even before 8 a.m., Dr. Asadullin made his rounds, personally asked about my condition, and informed me about upcoming procedures and tests. Right after the surgery, he checked on me and called my relatives to tell them that the operation was successful and to report on my condition. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Asadullin for his care, sincere kindness, and high professionalism. I really liked the clinic — especially its highly qualified medical staff.

In May 2025, I was diagnosed with a myocardial infarction and had a stent placed in my hometown. The cardiologist said that coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) would still be necessary. Opinions were divided — to do it or not. But after my wife and I had a consultation with Dr. Ilshat Shamilevich Asadullin, all doubts disappeared. Dr. Asadullin is a doctor from God! He calmly and clearly explained everything to us and described how the operation would proceed. On October 30, 2025, at St. Petersburg State University’s clinic, I underwent CABG surgery — it went successfully. I was very lucky that Dr. Asadullin was my attending physician. He is a doctor with a capital “D”, a wonderful and kind person. I was under his constant supervision. He visited me several times a day, changed dressings, ordered examinations, and stayed in touch with my wife at all times. Before discharge, he gave me very detailed recommendations. Now I am back home, and on behalf of our entire family, we express our deepest gratitude to Dr. Asadullin. We wish him strong health and continued success in his work. May all the kindness he gives to his patients return to him many times over, and may faith, hope, and love always live in his good heart!

I had an appointment with Dr. Povarenkina, a knowledgeable and very good doctor. Diagnosis: paroxysmal ventricular fibrillation. I was placed on the government quota list for an RFA procedure and arrived in October upon invitation. During the first surgery something went wrong, so it had to be postponed for a month. The procedure was performed by Dr. Anton Andreevich, and the second time it went successfully. He is a very kind, friendly doctor who smiled and offered support. The entire operating team was excellent — they worked quickly, smoothly, and understood each other without words. I am very grateful to the whole staff. If I ever need another procedure, I will come only here. Huge thanks to everyone!

He inspired trust, and I decided to go ahead with the operation. On the day of my hospitalization, I requested for Vasily Vasilyevich to be my attending physician. He explained everything, told me about the surgery plan and further treatment. During all the days I spent in the clinic, I felt the doctor’s care and attention.
