I visited a cardiologist because of heart pain. After a full examination, it was decided that I needed coronary artery bypass surgery. Such operations are not performed in our city, so all my medical records were sent to the N.I. Pirogov Clinic, and I was urgently invited for a scheduled admission. My attending doctor was Dr. Gleb Irlamovich Kim, who carefully studied all my test results and analyses, thoroughly explained the upcoming operation, and paid attention to my other health conditions. The surgery went well. Upon discharge, Dr. Kim provided recommendations for further rehabilitation. I really liked the doctor — he has golden hands. What I liked: The precise and well-coordinated work of the entire staff. Attentive, responsive, and kind people.

I express my deepest gratitude to cardiac surgeon Dr. D. V. Shmatov for saving my life! I sincerely thank him from the bottom of my heart. In my case, he was both the lead surgeon, assisting Dr. V. V. Balakhonov, and my attending physician. It all began with blood pressure problems. After a heart ultrasound, I heard the frightening words: “You need surgery.” I was very scared, but the doctors instilled such confidence and calmness that all doubts disappeared. The clinic itself assigned the attending physician, surgeon, and assisting surgeon. What I liked: The operation was successful — a new valve was implanted, and an aneurysm was removed. I would like to separately thank the entire department staff: the operating surgeon, anesthesiologist, and all members of the medical team. This is work of the highest class and perfect teamwork. After COVID-19, I began suffering from severe arrhythmia and shortness of breath. Two years later, I had a stroke. The doctors diagnosed atrial fibrillation and referred me under a government quota to the Pirogov Research Institute. Here, I received great help. The operation was performed by Dr. Anton Andreevich Sheremet. After the procedure, I feel much better — my heart rhythm is normal. The doctor is very competent and attentive. He provided detailed recommendations upon discharge. What I liked: The procedure was painless, quick, and effective. I am very grateful to this doctor for his golden hands.

We were at the clinic with my mother for surgical treatment. The first thing that really surprised and pleased me was that there was no red tape, going from office to office, as is usually the case. The whole process has been precisely worked out and is aimed at saving the time and effort of sick people admitted to the hospital. All staff, starting from receptionists and ending with doctors. Every staff member is very attentive, polite and helpful. The department, like the entire clinic, is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. There is a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, wardrobe for clothes and shoes. The food is wonderful. Doctors monitor patients constantly and come for check-ups several times a day. Before the surgery, they provide consultations and explain everything in detail. Perhaps, after reading my review, someone might think, “That can’t be true—everything can’t be that good!” But we’ve experienced it ourselves and can say—it really can. Everything here is done to help patients as quickly as possible and restore their health. Ruslan Yusufovich Kappushev was our attending physician. Knowledgeable, always positive, attentive doctor. He was in touch with us all the time, 24/7. He explained everything in detail, supported, and encouraged my mother after the operation. Every day we wondered when he even rested or went home! Thanks to his golden hands, deep knowledge, and sense of responsibility, my mother recovered quickly. He kept us optimistic and gave us confidence that everything would be fine. A huge thank you to all the doctors, nurses, and orderlies—to the entire team of this wonderful clinic—for their help, compassion, attention, and responsible attitude to their work, and for the atmosphere of kindness they create. And of course, our sincere gratitude to our attending physician, Dr. Russlan Yusufovich Kappushev! We wish him many years of life, good health, and success in his difficult but very important and noble work!
